German KS3- School
30 fun activities (with answers) on the topic of school. The tasks are varied (reading comprehensions, translation, multiple choice answers…)
This can be used as a revision booklet or as cover work (as the answers are provided, students can mark their own work). Alternatively, each worksheet can be used independently to cover one of the following topics:
• Schulfächer (school subjects, days, opinions)
• Die Uhrzeit
• Das Essen (what you eat at breaktime, einen…)
• Die Kleidung (clothes, colours, einen…)
• Regular verbs
The vocabulary is mainly based on Echo Express 1 but I have added some vocab to stretch students.

Year 7 French- Revision Booklet (2)
Amended version. 44 activities with answers(PPT) to revise various topics in French. You can use this work as a booklet or for cover. Alternatively, each worksheet can be used independently to cover one of the following topics:

KS3 French- Easter activities
PowerPoint with different activities on Easter.
Part 1: students have to memorise the vocabulary then do a “Through the
Keyhole” game (14 terms).
Part 2: fill in the gaps (facts about Easter, 11 words)
Part 3: True or false? (quiz on chocolate, 10 statements)
As the answers are provided, students can mark their work as they go along.
KS3 French- Valentine's Day Booklet
22 activities + answers on Valentine’s Day. You can also use the free vocab list I uploaded to provide some extra-help. Wide range of tasks ( word search, reading comprehension, colouring…) and different levels of difficulty. Some activities are linked to topics, grammar points such as numbers, animals, prepositions. As the answers are provided, students can just self-assess their work.

French KS3- Sports
Vocab list + workbook on sports. There are 11 varied activities(reading comprehension, word search…). I have also included the rule on je joue au/à la…/je fais du/de la… This resource would suit beginners.
KS3 French: Numbers 1-100 Booklet
Varied activities + answers to practise numbers 1-100. There is also a separate sheet with all the numbers so that students can be independent learners. As the answers are provided on PPT, they can self-assess their work.

KS3 French- La fête de la Musique
Activities + answers(PPT) on the fête de la Musique. Wide range of tasks(reading comprehension, match up, gap-fill…). As well as including some key vocabulary, the booklet is about the origins of the music festival, French people and music…
Some activities make reference to music instruments, numbers or verbs.
PDF format.

French colouring
Differentiated colouring sheets to use throughout the year. Two versions of the same design: colour by number and colour accordingly, the second version requiring students to know some vocabulary (they could also use a dictionary). As the first page introduces colours, there is only one version.
These sheets would be a fun way to complete a module as they make references to various topics: clothes, school equipment, bedroom furniture, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day…
They could also be used at the end of term or simply as a treat!
To save on printing, each page has the same picture twice.
Overall, there are 10 different designs.

French KS3- Holidays
Vocab list + 12 activities on summer holidays. There is a variety of activities students can enjoy( match up, label the picture, colour by number etc…). This booklet would suit years 7 and year 8. It could also be used to for cover.
French Christmas- Booklet
21 fun activities with answers on the theme of Christmas. There is also a free vocabulary sheet online. Lots of different activities ( true/false, reading comprehension, colouring….). As the answers are provided(PDF format), students can just self-assess their work. This booklet would be ideal for KS3 students, especially at this time of the year.
KS3 German- Christmas vocabulary
Vocab sheet on Christmas. Students could use it to do a poster, make a Christmas card etc… To save on printing, the same list appears twice on the page. Anyway, just hope it helps!
French KS3- Town
Vocab list, booklet and answers on places in town. There are 11 varied activities for students to practise this topic, i.e. reading comprehension on directions, exercise on “we can+ infinitive”, dialogue in a shop etc… As the answers are provided, students can just mark their own work. This booklet would suit years 8 and 9.
KS3 & KS4 French- Christmas quiz
PowerPoint divided into 3 parts. « Qui suis-je ? » tests students’ vocabulary knowledge. If needed, you can go through the 20 terms beforehand (list included).
In Part 2, students have to finish sentences (multiple choice) about Christmas in France and French speaking countries (traditions, facts).
Part 3: answer the questions in French.
As the answers are provided, students can mark their work as they go along.
One of the aims of this quiz is for students to work out the meaning of each clue/question.
I believe this work would suit years 8 and 9 but would also be fun for KS4 students.
40 points overall (20 for part 1, parts 2 and 3: 10 points each)

French KS3- Health
Extensive vocab list(2 pages), tasks and answers on parts of the body/illness/healthy living for KS3. Flexibility on how to use the activities(15 of them). Each worksheet can be used individually as you go through the topic. On the other hand, this could be used at the end of the topic, as a revision booklet or even set as cover work.
This workbook is divided into 4 subtopics:
Le corps: parts of the body
J’ai mal : practice on parts of the body that hurt : j’ai mal au/à la/ à l’/ aux
Ça ne va pas : health issues : j’ai de la fièvre … + solutions using the imperative(informal )
Es-tu en forme ? Use of the imperative (formal), negatives, you must/mustn’t
This would be ideal for a year 9 group but would benefit any group needing to learn more about this topic or as a good recap for year 10.
